Egypt and Algeria were singled out for greetings among the hundreds of slogans issued by the Central Committee of the Soviet Communist Party for the May Day parade, according to Moscow Radio, monitored here, Some of the slogans are “warm greetings to the peoples of the Arab countries”; “warm greetings to the heroic people of Algeria”; “warm greetings to the peoples of the United Arab Republic. May friendly relations develop between the Soviet Union and the United Arab Republic.”
