A convention of Moslem judges here today approved a decision by the Israel parliament setting the minimum marital age for girls at 17 and for boys at 18. Moslem religious courts will be empowered to annual marriages of younger persons. After a delay of several months 100 Arab dependents will be repatriated from Arab-held territory to rejoin their families in Israel, it was announced here today.
