Mount Ararat, where Noah’s ark came to rest after the deluge had ended, is changing hands, it is reported today. This step is a sequel to the recent Kurdish insurrection in that region where the rebels took refuge on Persian soil. Hence Turkey has requested the Persian government to consent to an exchange of territories.
