Secretary of State Cordell Hull today indicated that conversations have been held concerning the possibility that Undersecretary Summer Welles, who is surveying conditions in belligerent countries, will talk with the heads of the exiled Polish Government in Paris. He would not say whether an interview with the Polish leaders had been arranged.
