Mrs. Gertrude Kaphan, vice president of the American ORT Federation died in St. Petersburg, Fla., Sunday at the age of 73, it was reported here today. Mrs. Kaphan was a past president of the Women’s American ORT. She had served that agency in the United States and abroad for more than 25 years.
