Mrs. Herbert H. Lehman, wife of the Governor, yesterday afternoon gave a tea at her New York home in connection with the Emergency Campaign of the Women’s Division of the Federation for the Support of Jewish Philanthropic Societies. Mrs. Lehman, Mrs. Sidney C. Borg, chairman of the Women’s Division, and other women divisional officers received the guests. Mrs. Richard J. Bernhard, chairman of the committee for tea and niece of Governor Lehman, presided and introduced the speakers.
