Mrs. Max M. Rosenberg, of Short Hills, N. J., has been reelected national president of Women’s American ORT for another two-year term, it was reported today by the organization. Mrs. Rosenberg is also a vice-president of the American ORT Federation and a vice-president of the Central Board of the World ORT Union.
ORT, the largest non-governmental vocational training agency in the world, operates over 600 vocational installations in 22 countries on 5 continents. Women’s American ORT, a nationwide organization of 66,000 members in 490 chapters, is affiliated with the American ORT Federation, which currently receives funds, exclusive of membership dues, by special agreement with the Joint Distribution Committee.
