Premier Golda Meir has postponed her report to the Knesset on her talks with Secretary of State William P. Rogers here last week. A Cabinet spokesman informed the Knesset presidium today that Mrs. Meir would not be making her state-of-the-nation speech to parliament this week. The Premier was said to be waiting for the outcome of the second round of talks between Assistant Secretary of State Joseph J. Sisco and Egyptian leaders in Cairo. Foreign Minister Abba Eban will reply Wednesday to an opposition motion for debate on the Rogers visit. The Knesset presidium today recognized as urgent four motions for the agenda relating to the imminent trial of Jews in the Soviet Union.
