Mrs. Golda Meir, Israel’s Foreign Minister, expressed the hope yesterday that it would become a custom for American and Canadian Jewish college students to spend at least one year of their studies in an Israel University.
She offered the suggestion at a meeting of Israel bond leaders from Toronto in an elaboration of an appeal to the same group from Prime Minister David Ben Gurion to Jewish mothers to send their children to Israel.
