Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt arrived here last night for a week’s visit as a guest of the Foreign Ministry. Accompanying Mrs. Roosevelt was one of her grandchildren, Nina Roosevelt, 16, daughter of Eliott Roosevelt.
During her stay here, Mrs. Roosevelt will be entertained by President Itzhak Ben Zvi. Prime Minister David Ben Gurion, and Foreign Minister Golda Meir. Among other places, she will go to Tel Aviv, where she will bean honored guest at the annual Purim celebrations there.
