Mrs. Rose L. Marx, mother of Judge Robert S. Marx of Cincinnati, died here suddenly of a heart attack. Judge Marx accompanied the body to Cincinnati, where burial is taking place.
Mrs. Marx was 72 years old. She was born in Cincinnati and spent most of her life there.
Judge Marx was sent to Detroit by the Federal Government to handle the affairs of the closed First National Bank.
