Intent on winning the aid of millions of Moslems for the Arab cause in Palestine, Haj Amin el Husseini, Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, left yesterday on the pilgrimage to Mecca. Accompanied by a group of Moslem notables, he was said to be confident of finding a fertile field for his propaganda among the pilgrims from Arabia and India.

His chief objective, it was learned, will be to induce the Moslem world to submit a united petition to the British Government and the League of Nations demanding that support of Zionism be terminated. A second objective is to obtain financial aid to resist further Jewish immigration and purchase of land in Palestine.
