What seems to be the declining popularity of the race theory among the general population has found expression in The Jugend, humorous periodical of Munich.

The publication has gone to the length of publishing an article poking fun at the race-policy of the Government indirectly by describing the manners and customs of the ancient Teutons as they have been recorded by Tacitus and others of that day.
