Jews of Munich calling themselves “National German Jews” have “vigorously protested”, in letters printed by some of the anti-Semitic Munich papers, against the “Central Society of German citizens of the Jewish Persuasion”, because the “Centralverein” assailed General Ludendorf. “the German leader and here”. The Munich Jews are “shocked” because leading German Jews in libel proceedings recently ended, accused the Generalissimo of virulent anti-Semitism.
