N. J. Anti-bias Education Law Applies to Private, Public Schools

New Jersey legislation aimed at eliminating discrimination in education apply to the state’s private as well as public schools, but not to the schools of religious organization, state Attorney General Grover C. Richman ruled this week-end. He said the law applied to elementary and secondary schools.
