Henry W. Braude, of this city, was appointed last week to the position of referee in bankruptcy in the United States District Court. Mr. Braude, who is 41 years old, served as an assistant to the Collector of Internal Revenue, Ephraim Lederer, during the Wilson Administration, and in 1919 was named Assistant United States Attorney. Mr. Braude was graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1910.
