Sir Arthur Wauchope, the High Commissioner of Palestine, today officially opened Wauchope Square, named in his honor by Nathania colony, which was established in memory of Nathan Straus, late American-Jewish philanthropist.
Wauchope Square will be fifty dunams long, of which fifteen dunams have been set aside for a Wauchope Park.
