The American Jewish Congress is planning to hold a national “Boycott Day” on March 5, which marks the third anniversary of the inauguration of Hitler’s persecution of the Jews, it was announced by Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, president of the Congress.
It was disclosed today that the congress will seek the cooperation of other anti-Nazi groups in holding the “Boycott Day” It is planned to distribute tags with legends calling for reintensification of the boycott of German goods and services and to stage simultaneous anti-Hitler rallies in various parts of the country.
