National Commander Raymond Kelly of the American Legion told reporters here that “if the Christian Front is anti-Semitic, then it is certainly un-American” and may eventually be placed in the same category as the Communist Party, the German-American Bund and the Silver Shirts. Kelly said members of the “so-called Christian Front” were “screwballs who should be in an insane asylum.”
