The National Labor Committee for the Jewish Workers in Palestine voiced strong protest against the restricted number of labor certificates granted by the Palestine government for the next six months in a cablegram to the British Labor Party.
Discussing the restriction, the cablegram reads in part: “We consider this a great injustice to the Jewish masses who, because of general distress and aggravated persecution in Germany, are forced to emigrate.”
