The National Refugee Service today advised refugees throughout the country to pay special attention to question 15 in filling-out their certificates of identification as requested by the Department of Justice. In this question aliens are asked for explanations of the circumstances under which they left their native country. The answer to this question may serve as the basis for reclassification. A special staff has been assigned by the NRS to assist refugees in filling-out their applications.
