A nationwide movement to do away with race discrimination in the war effort was announced today by Pearl S. Buck, chairman of the Committee Against Race Discrimination of the American Civil Liberties Union, which has been studying the problem during the past year. Twenty-six national organizations are participating in the movement, the announcement said.
