The full text of the “Kol Nidre”, the prayer used to open the services on the eve of the Day of Atonement, is being published in several anti-Semitic papers here to support their contention that the Jews never take their oaths or pledges seriously.

Celebration of the Jewish New Year in the provinces was quiet and unmarked by anti-Jewish disturbances except in certain towns in Hessen, a survey completed today revealed. In Hessen, synagogues were invaded during the services by local Nazis and the worshippers dragged out.
