The Central Commission Investigating War Crimes in Poland has collected considerable material on the wartime activities of Ludwig Han who has been arrested in Hamburg, it was reported here today from Warsaw.
Han, as commandant of the Nazi Security Police in Warsaw, reportedly took part in the destruction of the Warsaw Ghetto and in the crushing of the Warsaw Ghetto revolt. Janusz Gumskowski, director of the Central Commission, said the commission was ready to provide documentation on Han to the court that tries him if such a request is received.
