Nazi graffiti was scrawled on buildings in Romania. Swastikas and Nazi slogans were among the German phrases discovered in the city of Cluj. The city’s police chief dismissed the vandalism as child’s play. But Gavrila Goldener, a Jewish community leader, said the community is taking the incident seriously.
