Chilean newspapers today charged that Spain’s rupture of diplomatic relations with this country was a Nazi-instigated maneuver to split Pan-American solidarity.
According to information received telephonically by the newspaper Critical from one of the Chilean delegates to the Pan – American, Conference of Foreign Ministers at Havana, the Spanish move has had just the opposite effect on the delegates.
