A special curfew for Jews was proclaimed yesterday by the German military authorities throughout occupied France, it is reported here today by the Deutsche Nachrichten Bureau, official Nazi news agency. No Jew is permitted to leave his home after eight o’clock in the evening.

Paris newspapers reaching here today report that Jews of all ages are being ordered to forced labor by the occupational authorities in France, chiefly clearing streets and roads of snow. Some of the newspapers, particularly those who opposed Leon Blum when he was French Premier, carry inciting articles against Blum in connection with his trial which is scheduled to open in Riom next week.
