A Zionist meeting in the B’nai B’rith house was broken up today by police officials who misunderstood a declaration by Rabbi Prinz, chief speaker at the meeting. Rabbi Prinz was arrested, but after explaining matters to the police was allowed to return home.
All Jewish meetings in Germany are strictly supervised by police officials. On a number of occasions meetings have been broken up by over-zealous officials.
