The Nuremberg marriage and citizenship laws against “non-Aryans” do not constitute official grounds for “Aryans” to divorce their Jewish mates, Chancellor Hitler’s Voelkischer Beobachter, chief Nazi Party organ, declared today.

The paper reminded its readers that the Nazi Party had given “Aryans” a half year in 1933 during which they could divorce Jews on the sole ground of race. It cited a federal court decision that the Nuremberg laws alone were not sufficient basis for divorce.
