A double page of photographs of Polish Jews, the majority of them between 70 and 80 years old, appears in a recent issue of the German newspaper Illustrieter Beobachter. The Jews are described as “hyenas of the battlefield” in a caption stating that they are suspected of having shot at German soldiers. Another picture in the issue shows them being taken away to a concentration camp and to execution.
The Daily Mail reports that German newspapers are using all their eloquence to drive home the belief among the German people that England is being led in its war policy by Jews. The newspaper states that the Hamburger Fremdenblatt, under a headline referring to “Rabbi Chamberlain, “reports the story of King George’s cable of gratitude to the “rabbis of Palestine” for their expression of loyalty.
