A secret report by a Nazi official in the Ukraine, stating that 200,000 Ukrainian Jews had been killed by German security police, aided by volunteers from the Wekrmacht and members of quisling Ukrainian military formations, was presented to the international military tribunal here by Russian prosecutors.

The Soviet staff also submitted a decree issued by Goering on May 1, 1941, in which he called on the Nazi Party, the German armed forces and the state machinery to fight the “Jews, Free Masons and affiliated groups.” In an accompanying memorandum, Goering hailed Alfred Rosenberg’s decision to form special staffs in occupied territories to confiscate all material and cultural possessions of the above groups.
