The defense lawyer of John Patler, who was sentenced Friday to 20 years in prison for killing George Rockwell, leader of the American Nazi Party, said today he would file an appeal within four months. Attorney Thomas Harrigan indicated that the case might not be heard for at least a year. He asserted there were 22 court errors in Patler’s 16-day trial.
