Two settlements in Israel for victims of Nazi persecution will be built, one near Tel Aviv, and the other near Haifa, by the Jewish Nazi Victims Organization of America, Inc., it was announced here by James B. Donovan, general counsel of the organization. The settlements, according to Mr. Donovan, will be built on land made available by the Israel Government and the Jewish Agency.
Moses Socachevsky, president of the Nazi Victims Organization said that each of the settlements will be in the form of a garden-type apartment of two, three and four rooms and will have capacities of 150 families each.
