The Gestapo has banned a scheduled series of addresses by Mrs. Israel M. Sieff, president of the British Federation of Women Zionists, at Zionist meetings throughout the country in the English language.
The police insisted that she speak German, although it was pointed out English is her native tongue and it was promised that her addresses would be translated into German immediately after delivery.
