Even Germans will be prohibited from using the sign “German firm” in the future, the Voelkischer Beobachter announced today, adding that only members of the Nazi party will be allowed to display the sign. The Beobachter explained that “German firms” will include only those “owned and managed in the Nazi spirit and established by German capital.”
This strict prohibition is essential in order to prevent Jewish firms from using fictitious names or “straw Germans” in order to enable them to proclaim their firms as German, the Beobachter explained.
