The German newspaper Koelnische Zeitung reports that the Government has taken measures to simplify the “economic dejudaization” of the Reich. Local administrations henceforth will have the power to approve contracts since the central administrative bodies are overworked, the newspaper reports.
The Nazi newspaper Essener National Zeitung reports from Bratislava the discovery of an alleged subversive propaganda center at Preschow, eastern Slovakia. Ten persons, most of them Jews, were reported arrested. Two of the Jews, Hartstein and Egermann, are accused of directing the center and distributing anti-Government and anti-German pamphlets.
