A proclamation prohibiting mixed marriages or sexual relations with Jews has been issued in draft law by the Prussian Minister of Justice. The law purportedly is to protect the Aryan race.

Particularly heavy punishments are foreseen for persons who do not disclose that they are of non-Aryan origin or attempt in any way to conceal the fact.

Such racial treason, whether committed in marriage or among unmarried persons, will result in annulment of the rights of citizenship in addition to heavy penalties.

Although the law has not yet been drafted, in many instances police are acting on the strength of its provisions.
