Nearly all the leaders of Palestinian terror groups in the West Bank have been killed or arrested as a result of Israel’s military operation there, a top Israeli general said. Maj. Gen. Giora Eiland, head of the Israel Defense Force’s planning branch, nonetheless warned that terrorists could soon reorganize and that the relative lull in Palestinian attacks on Israelis may “not last years or even months.”
