Adjournment to August 15 was agreed to by contending parties when the case of the Neboh Kosher Provision Company and its president, Abraham Kaufman, was called in Special Sessions Court, in Brooklyn yesterday.
The defendants are charged with offering for sale four barrels of non-kosher tongues and four barrels of briskets. Mrs. Christine Kefauver appeared as counsel for the Department of Health, whose inspector made the discovery of the non-kosher goods.
