Nehama Lifshitz, the Russian-born Israeli folk singer, arrived here today for a benefit concert to be held at the Royal Festival Hall Feb. 9 on behalf of four British and Israeli institutions. The proceeds of the concert will go to Youth Aliyah, the Central British Fund, the National Maritime Museum in Haifa and the Cardiological Pediatric Center in Jerusalem.
