Meetings of Arab notables have been held in the last few days in Jaffa for the purpose of forming a new Arab political party.
The new party will stand opposed to the Palestine Arab Executive and will seek to establish friendly relations and full co-operation with the Mandatory Government. The party will, however, remain opposed to the Balfour Declaration and will seek its abolition. The headquarters of the party will be at Jaffa.
