New Jersey Assembly Passes Bill Prohibiting Racial Discrimination in Employment

Anti-racial discrimination measures passed the New Jersey Assembly during the week-end with negligible opposition and were assured of Senate approval.

The legislation would prohibit discrimination in employment, union membership and public assemblies because of race, color or creed.
