Fifteen students, among them six young women, were in the first graduating class of the first labor college which went froth from Katonah, N.Y., after completing a two year course at Brookwood College in sociology, psychology, labor journalism, statistics and labor problems. They will return to the labor unions to which they belong to take their places as workers for trade unionism.
The graduates, who represented eight nationalities and seven labor unions, were: Bisa Allen, Bessie Friedman, Mary Geff, Buth Gordon, Martic Matros and Edward Trepal or New York; Martin Beardslee, Hartford, Conn.; Katherine Bennett and Tannya Bennett, Katenah; Teny Garden, Glencoe, O.; Sidney Henerson, Paullina, Ia.; Joseph ###, Baltimere; B.J. Lever, Philadelphia; Chas Moere, Manchester, England; Israel ###, Passaic.
