The New Orleans Jewish Welfare Fund campaign has gone over its $50,000 quota with $52,826 already reported and more than $1,000 in additional pledges expected, the Joint Distribution Committee, one of the fund’s main beneficiaries, announced here today. Harry Latter is chairman and Dr. David Fichman, secretary of the campaign.
