Judge Learned Hand rendered a decision in the Federal Court yesterday in an alien immigration case which according to Assistant District Attorney James C. Thomas, establishes a precedent on which the Government may oppose the influx of aliens due to recent court decisions. Judge Hand in his decision disagreed with the opinion expressed by Judge Martin T. Manton recently in the Agar Nadel case that wives and minor children of resident aliens ## enter even if the quota has been exhausted.
