The New York Bar Association last night adopted a resolution endorsing the United Nations convention against genocide. During the course of the debate Judge Joseph M. Proskauer, retired president of the American Jewish Committee, condemned the recent recommendation of the American Bar Association that the U.S. Senate delay ratification of the convention to allow more time for public discussion of the measure.
