Rabbi Jacob J. Weinstein, director of the School for Adult Jewish Education, 35 East Sixty-second street, will preside this Sunday afternoon at 4 o’clock at a discussion by members of the school’s faculty on the subject: “Marxism and the Problem of the Jews.”
Rabbi Stephen S. Wise of the Free-Synagogue will speak this Sunday morning at 10:45 in Carnegie Hall on the subject: “Does Anti-Semitism Keep Jews Alive?”
Dr. Oscar I. Janowsky, assistant professor of history and international relations at the College of the City of New York, will speak Tuesday evening at the Bronx Y. M. H. A., Fulton avenue and 171st street, on “The International Scene.” Dr. Janowsky recently wrote an article for the Jewish Daily Bulletin on the same subject.
Three hundred children who contributed to the institution’s “box fund” during the past year have been invited to attend a Washington’s Birthday party this Friday at the Brooklyn Hebrew Orphan Asylum, Orphans will be hosts.
