Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller today proclaimed Sunday, March 24 as “Child’s Day for Youth Aliyah to Israel,” an annual observance honoring the work of the international child rescue movement. In ceremonies here, Governor Rockefeller was presented with a replica of the Dead Sea Scrolls by Mrs. Max Meth, United States chairman of the Youth Aliyah observance.
