A hand-made sterling silver Chanukah menorah was presented here yesterday to Mayor Wagner by Abba Hushi, Mayor of Haifa, at a special City Hall reception. Mayor Hushi stressed that the economic aid forthcoming from the people of New York and the United States is playing an indispensable role in helping Israel meet the serious crisis now threatening the young nation.
