Max Bressler of Chicago was endorsed for the presidency of the Zionist Organization of America in resolutions unanimously adopted in New York by the Manhattan and Bronx ZOA regions at their respective annual conventions, it was reported here today. More than 200 delegates attended the sessions of the Bronx Region, The Manhattan Region convention was attended by 150 delegates.
In its resolution the convention of the Manhattan Region declared that “it is happy to join other regions and districts throughout the United States in endorsing Mr, Max Bresster of Chicago, III., as candidate for the president of the ZOA at the forthcoming national convention, ” which will be held August 25-28 in New York.
